Requirements:

• Guest oriented and service minded
• Good teamwork & communication skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
• Has excellent knowledge of food safety principles and best practices, HACCP certification is desirable (1,2,5)
• Develops and manages all financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans and actions for Food & Beverage departements (3)
• In depth knowladge of Chinese culinary techniques and ingredients (2)
• Communicates with executives and gains approval for purchasing contracts with new vendors or on new supplies (4)
