Candidates are expected to meet the following criteria:

• The candidates with experience outside the hospitality industry are also welcome to apply
• Min 3-5 years of experience in Sports & Recreation operations within a hotel, resort, club, or leisure facility. At Least 3 years managerial experience
• Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of Sports & Recreation operations, including Fitness Center / Gym, Swimming Pool Operations, Kids Club, Indoor & Outdoor Recreational Activities, Sports Facilities Management & Wellness Programs
• Understanding of preventive maintenance and facility management.
