Staff Export

Requirements:

• Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
• 1 year of experience in export import/ forwarding.
• Proficiency in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Effective interpersonal and relationship skills.
• Excellent communication.
• Have knowledge in export import & custom clearance process and documents.
• Have experience in input PIB/ PEB.

Responsibilities:

• Handling and checking export import or shipping documents.
• Handling and checking invoice, PEB/ PIB, B/L.
• Monitoring customer/ partner agent.
• Communicate with Bea Cukai.
• Creating summary for invoice detail as customer's request.
• Create Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report.
• Running according to company procedure.
• Receive complaints from customers related to Sea freight forwarding services both export and import from customers.
