Requirements:

• Male / Female, age max 45 yo.
• Bachelor degree in hospitality management or relevant field.
• Min 2 years of experience in the same position of min 3 star hotel.
• Hotel sales & marketing background is preferred.
• Strong leadership in organizing and directing the team.
• Good analytical skill & knowledge of revenue management.
• Good managerial skill in hotel operations & problem solver.
• Good communication skill, adaptability, & self driving person.
• Willing to be placed outside Java.
