Marketing Support

Placement: Balikpapan

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market, competitor, and consumer analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate projects with cross-functional teams, including Social Media, Creative, Digital Media, and Operations.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations based on data insights.
• Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives and business projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Public Relations, CRM, Customer Engagement, or Campaign Operations.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience working in digital platforms or similar industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work in a hybrid role (50% office and 50% field).
