General Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and achieve sales targets through strategy development and market analysis.
• Manage inventory and warehouse operations with accuracy, efficiency, and asset security.
• Coordinate with Head Office and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Lead product support teams to handle customer issues and provide solutions.
• Ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and effective budget management.
• Develop innovative sales strategies to boost competitiveness.
• Demonstrate leadership through team development, integrity, and proactive decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles and responsibilities.
• Preferably experienced in heavy equipment, mining, and heavy industry companies.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and multitasking environment.
• Strong sales and marketing strategy capabilities.
