GOPAY (FINTECH)

We are looking for a ground leader who is ready to build, lead, and grow new markets from zero. This role is for someone who is hands-on, resilient, and driven by results, not just titles. You will lead a team of Sales Executives in early-stage markets, drive productivity, and become a key part of GoPay's MSME expansion journey in Kalimantan.

TEAM LEADER - FIELD SALES (FINTECH)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, manage, and coach a team of Sales Executives in the field
• Execute daily canvassing and acquisition activities with the team
• Drive productivity, discipline, and sales funnel management
• Conduct daily briefing, coaching, and performance review
• Build market awareness and merchant education in new territories
• Handle stakeholder coordination (merchant, partner, internal team)
• Ensure target achievement and quality onboarding (Product: GoPay Spiker & QRIS)
• Act as a role model in discipline, attitude, and work ethic

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years experience as Supervisor (SPV) or Senior Sales in field sales environment
• Background in fintech, FMCG, telco, POS, EDC, QRIS, lending, or B2B sales is highly preferred
• Experience in field sales, canvassing, or door-to-door selling
• Experience opening new areas or handling low-awareness markets is a strong advantage

• Basic reporting (Excel / Google Sheet / Apps)

• Ability to motivate and stabilize team
