Regional Project Manager - MW

Placement: Balikpapan (Outsourcing)

Job Responsibilities:

• Guide subcontractors in conducting site surveys.
• Work with the team to execute service migration and operations.
• Supervise subcontractor teams to complete site service migrations and prepare site documentation.
• Prepare technical documents such as MOM, DLD, MOP, and ATP.
• Provide technical support for IPRAN integration, protocol activation, and commissioning.
• Oversee NMS system installation and commissioning.
• Ensure IPRAN quality inspection and link upgrades are performed successfully.
• Manage overall project risks, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Align regional project execution with national network strategy.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications projects, especially in Transmission / Microwave / IPRAN.
• Proven experience as Project Manager / Regional Coordinator in telecom projects.
• Strong knowledge of MW Planning, LOS Survey, Deployment, IPRAN, and Troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with project management standards (PMI/Prince2) is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
