PROCUREMENT OFFICER

BALIKPAPAN BASED

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Uphold safety-first practices and compliance standards
• Sourcing, evaluating, and selecting vendors/suppliers
• Requesting and comparing price quotations
• Negotiating price, quality, and delivery terms
• Preparing and managing Purchase Orders (PO)
• Expediting outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery
• Identifying and securing alternative sourcing options
• Ensuring specifications align with user/end-user requirements
• Ensuring deliveries comply with contracts and operational needs
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, SOPs, and budget
• Communicating effectively and coordinating across departments
• Building and maintaining long-term supplier relationships

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain roles.
• Preferably familiar with or have a rental equipment background.
• Advance excel, computer and reporting skill.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• English proficiency is a plus.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Domicile in Balikpapan.
