Job Description

• Collect and analyze product specifications and performance data of competitor trucks, particularly in the mid- and heavy-duty segments. Perform technical comparisons to support product positioning and strategy.
• Collaborate with the sales team on customer visits to understand operational needs, gather feedback, and promote truck solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with dealers to monitor on-site performance of trucks. Gather feedback from the field to identify product gaps and propose improvement initiatives aligned with customer expectations and market trends.
• Assist in overseeing product operations at customer sites and support end-user training to ensure optimal product usage and satisfaction.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure all dealer service activities are well-prepared, efficient, and meet customer standards.
• Conduct in-depth market surveys to identify prospective customers and potential dealer partners. Analyze opportunities and support strategic expansion plans.
• Assess dealer branches in terms of sales performance and service capability. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop actionable improvement plans and enhance overall distributor effectiveness.
• Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to optimize dealer network performance and support sustainable growth.

Requirement:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-activity environment related to sales, market development, or dealer management, preferably within the engineering truck or heavy equipment industry.
• Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of dealer network operations and service support structures.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to work independently and travel as needed for dealer visits and market assessments.
