QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Must possess a valid POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head of Mining Engineering (KTT) or in a managerial position within the mining industry.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Mining Law (UU Minerba), ESDM regulations, and mining occupational health and safety (K3).
• Capable of working under pressure and multidisciplinary team.
• Preferred candidates hold a certified KTT license issued by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM).
