Position HR Specialist (Code: HRS)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) Human Resources, of psychology, related field/equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in human resources. Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of HR functions (Labor Law, Industrial Relation, Pay & Benefits, Recruitment Training & Development etc.), and best practises.
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.

Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct initial screenings, and assist in the selection process.
• Facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation sessions and necessary paperwork.
• HR Administrative, maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and databases.
• Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination notices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work.
• Adhere to the values of integrity and loyalty.
• Able to join as soon as possible.
