OFFICER - PAYROLL

JOBSITE - MACO

Job Responsibility

1. We are looking for an excellent individual to join us as an Officer 
2. Payroll who will be responsible for managing payroll processes as well as compensation and benefit administration to support our workforce.
3. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll execution, while also supporting the implementation of effective compensation and benefits programs.

Requirements

1. Min. Diploma degree in Accounting (or related fields)
2.  Min. 1 years of experience in Payroll &
3. Compensation and Benefit (preferably have experience in the mining sector)
4. Good understanding of SAP Payroll process, SIPP & Edabu user, and Personnel administration
5. Willing to be placed at our mining site in Kalimantan

OFFICER - INVENTORY

JOBSITE - MACO

Job Responsibility

1. We are looking for an excellent individual to join us as an Officer
2. Inventory who will be responsible for managing and controlling inventory processes to support operational needs.
3. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock records, material availability, and efficient inventory management practices to support seamless operations and cost control across the site.

Requirements

1. Min. Diploma degree in related fields
2. Min. 1 years of experience in Logistics or Inventory Control (preferably have 4. experience in the mining sector)
3. Good understanding of Inventory Control, Product Knowledge, and Cataloging Willing to be placed at our mining site in Kalimantan

OFFICER - PURCHASING

JOBSITE - MACO

Job Responsibility

1. We are looking for an excellent individual to join us as an Officer
2. Purchasing who will be responsible for managing procurement activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services required to support operations.
3. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing reliable suppliers, processing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate procurement records to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

1. Min. Diploma degree in related fields
2. Min. 1 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement (preferably have experience in the mining sector)
3. Good understanding of Purchasing Management and Product Knowledge
4. Willing to be placed at our mining site in Kalimantan

GROUP LEADER - LOGISTIC

JOBSITE - MACO

Job Responsibility

1. We are looking for an excellent individual to join us as a Group Leader
2. Logistics who will be responsible for leading and coordinating logistics operations to ensure the effective movement, storage, and distribution of materials and goods support our site activities.
3. The successful candidate will play a key role overseeing warehouse management, and inventory control across all logistics functions.

Requirements

1. Min. Diploma degree in related fields
2. Min. 1 years of experience in Logistic or Warehouse (preferably have experience in the mining sector)
3. Good understanding of Warehouse & Quality Management and Coordination
4. Willing to be placed at our mining site in Kalimantan

GROUP LEADER - CONTROL ROOM JOBSITE - MACO

Job Responsibility

1. We are looking for an excellent individual to join us as a Group Leader
2. Control Room who will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing hazardous driving behaviors of operators, such as overspeeding, signs of fatigue, in-cabin activities, and location tracking, as recorded in the Control Room Driving Monitoring System (DMS) Log Book.

Requirements

1. Min. Diploma degree in related fields
2. Min. 1 years of experience in Production/Operation or Management System (preferably have experience in the mining sector)
3. Having POP certificate and good understanding of Controling and Monitoring Management
4. Willing to be placed at our mining site in Kalimantan
