Position:

Officer - Human Resources - Payroll

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or bachelor degree in related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in the mining contractor industry.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and labor laws in Indonesia.
• Proven experience in processing end-to-end payroll, including overtime, BPJS, PPh 21, and final settlements.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling employee data.
• Willing to be placed in our mining Site at Kalimantan Selatan.
