Quota: 4 (four) additional | Status: Contract

Qualification :
Fresh graduated or maximum 5 year of working experience in the related field.

• S1 in Psychology/ TI/ Law
• Maximum 28 years old
• Perform HR tasks on all HR dimensions:
• Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Talent Attraction, Performance Management (Training, Transfer, Relocation, Gifts, Promotions), Employee Benefits, Directly with Compensation & Benefits or administrative implications of any actions if
• any.
• Responsible for (but not limited to:) HR Policy , Employee Records (including Compensation & Benefit), Organization Chart, Job Description.
• Strong logic and analysis
• Able to work independently and team
• Able to work in fast paced environment.
