Area Sales Manager (Kalimantan)

Areca coverage : (Banjarmasin, Sampit, Samarinda, Balikpapan)

Home Base: Banjarmasin

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve given sales turnover target
2. Preparation of a business strategy for area development for General Trade
3. Monitor / plan promotion programs
4. Lead and motivate team members (Supervisor  &  Salesmen)
5. Build and maintain good relations with distributors

Requirements:

• Min. S1, S2 is an advantage
• 5 years of hands-on experience in FMCG / Frozen Food for General Trade (GD
• 2 years of Leadership experience in training Salesmen
• Deep understanding of GT (distribute freezer points): Distributor, Wholesale  & Retail  NPrice (Margin Structure)
• Problem-solving, leadership, team player, communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Communication, Presentation, Leadership, Data Analysis and Coordination Skills
• High Integrity, Responsive, Well-organized, Detail oriented
