Mechanichal Supervisor

(Location Balikpapan)

The position exist for Supervision of Engineering and Maintenance for Fuel Terminal. The roles will be in relation with planning, organizing, execution, of Terminal and jetty
Qualification

1. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing and leading the maintenance crew, coordinating with the maintenance planner and ensuring line readiness for production.
2. Ensuring employees are utilizing the necessary resources to complete the applicable tasks with the mindset to utilize parts, tools and resources that are needed
3. Responsible for motivating maintenance personnel to accomplish company objectives and Ability to work with all levels of people
4. Responsible for ensuring that employee performance reviews are conducted based upon their specific job description to determine competency, knowledge, and the contributions of each maintenance technician.
5. Participates as a functional member maintenance department and is a driving force to coordinate with the supervisors on other shifts and other departments.
6. Knowledge of operational engineering Fuel Terminal experience
7. Strong interpersonal and communications skills
8. Minimum of five years of experience in a supervisory position
9. Responsible for the motivation and safety of those employees under their supervision
10. Coach and develop a strong team of maintenance technicians
11. Identify and troubleshoot recurring equipment problems, Strong problem solving skills
12. Prepare operational paperwork
13. Be available for quick responses per Company policy, if on-call duties are required.
14. Attend and participate in regular daily briefing as required or requested.
15. Computer Skills – Outlook, Microsoft Office
16. Creative Skills – ability to find the most efficient way to complete a task, continuously look for ways to retain equipment at Terminal.
17. Leadership Skills – ability to provide direction and assistance to the maintenance technician as a role model.
18. Maintenance Skills – Piping, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Equipment repair such as Marine Loading Arm, Genset up to 1700 Kva, API Pump up to cap 850Kl/hrs etc where available at Fuel Terminal.
19. Willing to work at Kariangau - Balikpapan
