1. Personnel (HRD Branch)

Qualification Requirements:

1. Aged 28 to 35 years
2. Education Min. S1 Management, Psychology, Law
3. Mastering Manpower Act
4. Mastering work related to employee payroll, employment contracts, HRD correspondence starting from SP, employee absence summons etc.
5. Mastering workforce fulfillment (Recruitment & Selection), starting from finding applicants' data sources, interviews & tests
6. Have a strong leadership spirit
7. HR Development Planning & Implementation At least 5 years of experience as a Supervisor / Head of HRD in Food & Beverage & Retail,
8. Understand the prevailing labor regulations / laws
9. Able to handle operational & inventory control in outlet
10. Understand the payroll system and attendance administration
11. Able to handle employee recruitment activities according to company needs
12. Understand the administration of Social Security Workers
13. Having experience in handling Industrial Relations issues in the company
14. Computer literate
15. Communicative, assertive, neat, meticulous, nimble, accustomed to working with targets and can work with multi-tasking
