Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent with minimum GPA 3.25
• Required language(s): English with minimum TOEFL 550
• Excellent in Ms. Office
• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fast Learner, energetic and able to communicate at all level
• Able to multitask effectively and efficiently
• Willing to travel

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with CEO
• In charge of monitoring project plans, project schedule, resources and work hours.
• Taking minutes on meeting and tracking closure of action items on Operational Weekly for internal meeting

Sr. Corporate Secretary Manager

with following requirements:

1. Min. 10 years of experience in related field
2. Bachelor degree in Law

With Key Responsibilities:

• Handle corporate secretarial work
• Manage the Indonesian panel of law firms
• Manage the relationship with governments and keep update with any relevant regulations
• Prepare monthly legal reports to shareholders and provide support for any special projects
• Implement regional and group policies
• Keep relevant guidance notes and the policies up to date
• Manage relationship with media.
