CHEF de PARTIE (CDP)

Qualifications :

• Male or Female Max. 35 years old
• Min. 2 (Two) years experience at related position
• Strong leadership, good communication and ability to work under pressure
• Have knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation

Job Summary :

• Responsible to takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the restaurant.
• Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction, quality, operating, and food costs on an ongoing basis.

LAUNDRY COORDINATOR

Qualifications :

• Male or Female Max. 35 years old
• Min. 1 (one) years experience at related position
• Strong leadership, good communication, outstanding grooming and attitude
• Ability to work under pressure

Job Summary :

• Responsible for running laundry department day to day operations, employee training, performance evaluations, scheduling, and supervising the personnel within the department.

RESERVATION STAFF

(DAILY WORKER)

Qualifications :

• Female Max. 27 years old
• Flexibilty to work in shift and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication, good looking, outstanding grooming and attitude

Job Summary :

• Responsible for respond to communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning reservations arriving by email, telephone, or through a central reservation system.
