Grand Jatra Hotel Balikpapan  is as Five Star Hotel located in Balikpapan Borneo is looking for talented and motivated person to continue pushing the boundaries of what a hotel should and can be with us (as Daily Worker)

WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• Female Max. 23 years old
• Flexibility to work in shift and ability to work under pressure
• Good Communication,  good  looking, outstanding  grooming,  and attitude

Job Summary:

• Ensure that all guest are served to the hotels standard  in the restaurant, bar, and lounge areas.
• Takes order for served food and beverages to guests as per the hotels standards  in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.

CHEF de PARTIE (CDP)

Qualifications:

• Male or Female Max. 35 years old
• Min. 2 (two) years experience at related position
• Strong leadership, good communication  and ability to work under pressure
• Have Knowledge of all standard  procedures  and policies pertaining to food preparation,  receiving, storage and sanitation.

Job Summary  :

• Responsible to Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned  by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant
• Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction,  quality, operating and food costs on an ongoing  basis.
