The main responsibilities :

• Ensure obtaining permits and licenses to support company operations as planned
• Achieve good relationship with key government officials and related stakeholders
• Ensure all permit application processes complying with company policy and government rules and regulations
• Ensure the availability of data analysis and updating of stakeholder information
• Ensure utilizing budget effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Law, Mine Engineering or other related fields
• A minimum of 2 years work experience in the field of Government Affairs
• Good command of English
• Computer literacy
• Good experience in permits & license for coal mining
• Sound knowledge of forestry and environmental rules and regulations
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and conflict
• Willing to work on roster system in our site at East Kalimantan
