We are a reputable Multinational Logistic Company which provides Tug Barge & Floating Loading Facility services, urgently seeking for a highly motivated and qualified professional to be positioned as:

HSSE Admin

Job Description

• Provide adnministrative support to HSSE team
• Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties
• Manage and distribute HSSE documents
• Compile and prepare reports on monthly  basis
• Ensure vessel’s filling system is maintained and up-to-date
• Assist in preparatory works in HSSE when the company is taking delivery of new vessels
• Disseminationg new directives/information to vessels
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirement

• Bachelor degree majoring in Public Health/HSSE Science.
• 1 years  experience in administration role (preferably from Marine/Shipping company)
• Understand well about basic K3/HSSE
• Have a AK3 Certification (Preferbly)
• Computer skills on Ms.Office
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem solving
• Domicile in Samarinda
