Branch Manager

Qualifications

• Male/Female
• Age 30 - 35
• Bachelor degree from reputable university
• Good communication in english
• Arabic speaker is an advantage

Requirements

• Proven branch management experience for at least 3 year(s)
• Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
• Ability to meet sales target and productivity goals
• Familiar with industry's rules and regulation
• Excellent organizational skill
• Customer satisfaction and service oriented
• Leadership and human resources management

Responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects including customer service, human resources, administration and sales
• Produce forecasts and sales report
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
• Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws

Superrvisor

Qualifications

• Male/Female
• Age 30 - 35
• Diploma or Bachelor degree from reputable university
• Good command in english
• Known of arabic is an advantage

Requirements

• Proven work experience as supervisor or team leader
• in-depth knowledge of basic management techniques and best practises
• Good PC skill, especially microsoft office
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skill
• Customer satisfaction and service oriented
• Leadership and human resources management

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation
• Monitor team performance and set team clear goals
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

Customer Service Executive

Qualifications

• Male/Female
• Age 22 - 26
• Min Diploma degree
• Known of english and arabic is an advantage

Requirements

• Freshgraduate are welcome to apply
• Having an experience as a frontliner or customer service is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skill
• Customer satisfaction and service oriented
• Communicative
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships with customer through open and interactive communication
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Generate sales leads
