FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

PROFESSIONAL REQUIRED

We are subsidiary of a large-scale national company located in BALIKPAPAN, east kalimantan  looking for:

FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Job Descriptions:

1. Manage daily operations of various finance activities including, but not limited to, accounts payable, utility billing, and cash receipts
2. Develop and implement policies and procedures
3. Reconcile general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers
4. Prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals and logs
5. Track, reconcile, and submit payments of various taxes and fees, process reports, files, and returns
6. Resolve banking issues related to assigned finance functions
7. Prepare year-end entries, reconciliations, and reports; work with external auditors
8. Maintain the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all moneys
9. Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the company finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner

Requirements:

1. min. bachelor’s degree in Accounting
2. Strong written and oral communication in English
3. Extensive experience in handling projects
4. Min. 7 years working experience in the related field
