PT Kalimantan Prima Services Indonesia (KPSI) is a multinational company that leads a forestry industry (HTI), chip mills projects and operations in East & North Kalimantan. Due to rapid business expansion, currently we are looking for the highly motivated professionals to strengthen our team in the following positions and requirements:

1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)

The ideal candidate will be able to smart learn and understand of Forest Plantation activities in Hutan Tanaman Industri (HTI) with strong computer and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Age, Max. 25 years old.
• Bachelor Degree in Agriculture/Forestry/Accounting/Civil/Tech.Industry Etc. Min. GPA 2,75.
• Will be required to sign a bond with the company for 3 years.
• Good Communication in English both oral and written and Computer Literate (Mandarin skills is preferred)
• Willing to work at Site Forestry, Kalimantan..

2. EHS OFFICER & SUPERINTENDENT (EHS)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced for design , implementation , communication and coordination of safety programs to support company goals , able made report and support the superior as well. This position will develop and provide technical and administrative direction on Safety decision , the which bear critical importance to overall Division objectives and  operations.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in K3/Environment/ Forestry/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experienced in same position.
• Certified AK3 Migas, Umum, OHSAS 18001 Etc.
• Good Communication in English both oral and written and Computer Literate

3. WORKSHOP PLANNER– HE&TRUCK (PLNR-WS)      

The ideal candidate will be an experienced to improve workshop productivity and quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance resources, parts, materials, manpower and equipment access for Heavy Equipment (HE) & Truck (TR) Maintenance, with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.

Requirement:

• Min. Diploma degree Technical Machine.
• Min. of 3 years experience in a similar position
• Good communication, English and computer literacy are a must.
• Willing to work at site forestry, Malinau, Kalimantan Utara

4. AUTO ELECTRIC/MECHANIC–HE & TRUCK (AUTO-M)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced as Auto Electric/Mechanic maintenance Truck (TR) & Heavy Equipment (HE) Maintenance.

Requirement:

• Min. SMK, 3 years experience as Mechanic Workshop HE & TR.
• Willing to work at site forestry.

5. FINANCE OFFICER (FA-OFC)

The successful candidate will be familiar to handle both issue petty cash, cash advances, bank upload & booking, operation budget, finance report monthly and yearly, check and control account payable and account receivable with strong computer.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Accounting.
• Min. 2 years experienced in similar position in Plantation Company or Manufacturing Industry.
• Good Communication in English both oral and written and Computer Literate (Mandarin skills is preferred)

6. CD/SOCIAL SECURITY & LICENSE ASKEP (CD-SSL-AKP)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in demonstrate the ability of communicate effectively and community development, strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters also Good Government Relations with excellent computer, leadership and organization skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law/Social Science/Management/Communication or Agriculture from reputable University.
• Good Government & Social Relations
• Min. 3 years in a similar position.

7.  PLANTATION ASSISTANT/ASKEP (PLT-ASST)

The ideal candidates will an experienced in plantation in Forest Plantation Industry with strong computer (Ms Offices), leadership and communication skill.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma Degree in Forestry/Agronomy or related.
• Min. of 2 years experience in similar position.

8. PLANNING/GIS ASSISTANT/ASKEP (GIS-ASST)

The ideal candidate will be understanding in Forest Planning (Plantation/HTI) activities, able to operate Arc GIS, rules of licensing and land matters with strong computer and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Geography, Forestry or Agriculture.
• Familiar to operate Arc GIS and Survey tolls.
• Min. 2 year experience in a similar position.

9. HARVESTING ASSISTANT/ASKEP (HVS-SUPT)

The ideal candidates will an experienced in plan, implement and control wood harvesting process, Heavy Equipment & Truck operation in Forest Plantation Industry (HTI) with strong computer (Ms Offices), leadership and communication skill.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma Degree in Forestry/Agronomy/Technic Machine or related.
• Min. of 2 years experience in similar position.

General Requirements:

• High motivation, discipline, team work, dynamic with good personality
• Willing to work in Balikpapan, Site Forestry at PPU-Kaltim or Malinau-Kaltara,
