As our next Assistant Accountant Plant reporting to the Supervisor Plant Admin, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high-quality solutions and results.

Responsible for daily operational of Plant Finance & Administration under different function at Balikpapan Support Facility, Jakarta Head Office or Site Plant Project Operational.

Some of your duties will include:

• Monitor Plant movement and prepare Asset Change Movement (ACM);
• Asset stocktake related to Plant;
• Provide support to project or new project and travel to sites when require;
• Maintain detailed plant procedure and manuals;
• Monitor and check overhead and plant operational cost;
• Preparing journal, allocation cost, month end accrual and prepare plant reporting;
• Monitor intercompany transaction for sale of component and others transaction;
• Monitor cost or purchase order receipting and verify cost;
• Run JDE reports, prepare weekly report and distribute to internal plant and management.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting with minimum 2 years' experience in similar role
• To master JDE Oracle System/ERP especially Asset Management or other similar system; knowledge of financial and accounting principles; Able to analyse system and plant reports; information monitoring and data collection; advance user Ms Office; good communication in English as well Bahasa.
