We invite highly qualified professionals to apply for the following position:

1. Plant Department Head

Qualification :

• Male max. 45 years old
• Min 10 years experience in industrial field (continuous process, automotive, electronic,mechanic) and a similar function
• Min. Qualification, Diploma (D3) Technical Machine or, Mechanical.
• Have Certificate POP / POM
• Min. GPA 2.75

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Check and inspect for all equipment and maintenance services done are matched with company’s project order and requirements.
• Record and maintain accurate data for all equipment coming in and out.
• Prepare administration documentation required for scheduling service for all equipment
• Complete required reports, records, and other documentations as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Understand utilities and general maintenance
• Understand spare part management
• Understand preventive maintenance plan
• Must be familiar with troubleshooting and PLC.  
• Fluently in English (oral & written) is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, good communication, multitasking, fast learning, working flexible, Pro active.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.​
• High accuracy skills.
• Ability to handle multiple conflicting deadlines and function effectively in a fast paced work environment.
• Manage Planning team to produce service package include shut down plan and work order job sheet.
• Make sure that premature failure components order as per regulation complete with PRF or MRF plus Component failure investigation report (CFIR) or work instruction (WI)
• High integrity, honest, trustworthy and accurate.
• Has Positive attitude & personality, high responsibility, hard working and high enthusiasm towards work.
• Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin – Kalsel

2. Senior Supervisor Production

Qualification :

• Male max. 45 years old
• Min 10 years experience in Mining industrial field (Senior Supervisor Production) and a similar function
• Min. Qualification, Diploma (D3)
• Have Certificate POP / POM
• Min. GPA 2.75

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Control daily, weekly, monthly dan yearly production on target.
• Responsible in reaching production performance, budget and safety.
• Control mechanical availability unit production
• Oversee supervision of personnel
• Complete required reports, records, and other documentations as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Analyst production and plan activity
• Good strong Technical aspect of mining/Earth moving and production statistic
• Understand process production
• Understand application and equipment capcity, Drilling & blasting technique and hard rock mining operation
• Fluently in English (oral & written) is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, good communication, multitasking, fast learning, working flexible, Pro active.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.​
• High accuracy skills.
• Ability to handle multiple conflicting deadlines and function effectively in a fast paced work environment.
• High integrity, honest, trustworthy and accurate.
• Has Positive attitude & personality, high responsibility, hard working and high enthusiasm towards work.
• Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin – Kalsel.
