Key responsibilities:

• Ensure the development of mechanical maintenance plans (MMP) and budgets for Sandvik equipments in accordance with contract requirements.
• Provide feedback to Performance Contracts department and the Customer to enable improvements to MMP.
• Ensure the implementation of a competence development program to secure talent in the organization.
• Build, develop and maintain sound relationships with Customers.
• Assist with producing the monthly invoicing and write the monthly and Quarterly Contract Reports.
• Develop annual budget and analyse forecast P&L for business units.
• Ensure that the KPI’s set for the contract are met. Eg. MTBF, availability, Safety, MTTR etc. Develop new or additional measures as a means of improving the quality and efficiency of the maintenance work.
• Responsible for EHS Management System program implementation, audit and adjustment for Company.

Your profile:

• Minimum relevant trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Manager, Administration or equivalent discipline.
• Strong business acumen with excellent people management and leadership qualities.
• Full understanding of maintenance planning systems.
• A team player and having ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
