JOB VACANCY

We are subsidiary of a large-scale national company located in BALIKPAPAN, east kalimantan  looking for:

LOGISTIC ADMIN

Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries
• Supervise shipping, receiving, and production plant-wide
• Handle claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur
• Provide efficient delivery logistics through data management
• Check specifications of materials loaded or unloaded against information contained in work orders
• Contact appropriate departments when shipment is inaccurate to rectify the discrepancy
• Ensure all paperwork for shipping (Bills of Lading, Manual Shippers, etc.) is completed

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Balikpapan
