PT. LESTARI BERKAT SEJAHTERA (LBS), is a well established and modern mining contractor company providing services for the rapid growth mining and related industries in Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan.

1. PLANT SUPERINTENDENT (Subject :PLTSPT)

Qualification :

• Male, Max. 50 Years
• Education min Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering
• Understand the technical problems of heavy mechanical equipment (All Komatsu Product), heavy / light vehicle
• Experience min 7 years in the field of mechanical and maintenance. Preferably from coal mining companies / similar
• Has strong planning, budgeting & organizing skill
• Has good analyzing & calculating skill
• Understand about K3 principle
• Merge & integrate vendor / sub-contractor schedule
• Proficient in English, min passive
• Ability to work in a team or individually, have good communication skills, have high integrity and commitment, honest and dedicated
• Able to use computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Having POM certificate will be advantage
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

 

2. PLANT SUPERVISOR (Subject : PLTSPV)

Qualification :

• Male, Max. 45 Years
• Education min STM Department of Mechanical
• Understand the technical problems of heavy mechanical equipment (All Komatsu Product),, heavy / light vehicle
• Experience min 5 years in the field of mechanical and maintenance. Preferably from coal mining companies / similar
• Proficient in English, min passive
• Ability to work in a team or individually, have good communication skills, have high integrity and commitment, honest and dedicated
• Able to use computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Having POP certificate will be advantage
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

 

3. PLANT FOREMAN (Subject : PLTFM)

Qualification :

• Male, Max. 40 Years
• Education min STM Department of Mechanical
• Understand the technical problems of heavy mechanical equipment (All Komatsu Product), heavy / light vehicle
• Experience min 4 years in the field of mechanical and maintenance. Preferably from coal mining companies / similar
• Ability to work in a team or individually, have good communication skills, have high integrity and commitment, honest and dedicated
• Having POP certificate will be advantage Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

 

 

4. PLANT INSPECTOR (Subject : PLTINS)

Qualification :

• Male Max. 30 years old
• 3 - 5 years experiences as Heavy Equipment Mechanic
• BMC License preferred
• Having SIM A,B2 / B2 Umum
• Have a good knowledge and analyzed troubleshooting unit that will be handled all Komatsu Products and Caterpillar Products
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

 

5. MAINTENANCE PLANNER / SCHEDULER (Subject : PLTMP)

Qualification :

• Male or Female Max. 40 years old
• Min. diploma degree from mechanical/ industrial engineering, or related studies
• Has experience in related experience at least 4 years Preferably from coal mining companies / similar
• Have a good knowledge and analyzed troubleshooting unit that will be handled all Komatsu Products and Caterpillar Products
• Has strong planning & organizing skill
• Has good analyzing & calculating skill
• Understand about K3 principle
• Excellent interpersonal skill (good communication to leader & follower & teamwork)
• Oriented to work result & Strong confident
• Able to Prepare schedule according to appropiate WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
• Prepare project activities complete with duration and logic sequence
• Prepare resources loading if needed according to committed schedule / baseline
• Merge & integrate vendor / sub-contractor schedule
• Able to use computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Having POP certificate will be advantage
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

 

6. MECHANIC HEAVY EQUIPMENT - TRACK (Subject : MCHTRK)

Qualification :

• Male Max. 35 years old
• 3 - 6 years experiences as Heavy Equipment Mechanic Track
• BMC License preferred
• Having SIM A,B2 / B2 Umum
• Having SIO certificate will be advantage
• Have a good to repair and maintenance unit that will be handled all Komatsu Track Products and Caterpillar Products
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

 

7. MECHANIC HEAVY EQUIPMENT - WHEEL (Subject : MCHWHL)

Qualification :

• Male Max. 35 years old
• 3 - 6 years experiences as Heavy Equipment Mechanic Wheel
• BMC License preferred
• Having SIM A,B2 / B2 Umum
• Having SIO certificate will be advantage
• Have a good to repair and maintenance unit that will be handled All Komatsu Wheel Products
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

 

8. IT INFRASTRUCTURE (Subject :IT-INF)

Qualification :

• Male, Max. 35 Years
• Education min Bachelor degree of Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
• Experience min 7 years in IT Networking / IT Engineering. Preferably from coal mining companies / similar
• Understanding the concept of server-client, mikrotik networking, virtual server, online server, backup restore and security (network & internet).
• Being able to install, confirm, monitoring and administering Windows Server (2008,2008R2,2012) and Linux Server (Zimbra, Centos), Microsoft Exchange, Anti-Virus, Mail server, Web Server & Database Server, Active Directory, VMWare Virtual Server, Security Network, Backup & Restore System.
• Being able to install, confirm, monitoring and administering networking baseband / broadband, DVR / CCTV System, Fingerprint Management, PABX Hybrid System, Radio PTP System, WiFi Accesspoint / Microwave System, dan HT UHF/VHF Radio communication System)
• Being able to make the documentation & reporting of infrastructure, operational standard server and networking monitoring.
• Being able to implementing SOP IT maintenance service request, IT general policy, IT security policy, IT montly report
• Has strong planning, budgeting & organizing skill
• Has good analyzing & calculating skill
• Understand about K3 principle
• Proficient in English, min passive
• Ability to work in a team or individually, have good communication skills, have high integrity and commitment, honest and dedicated

9. MT INFORMATION SYSTEM & ERP ANALYST (Subject : MT-ERP)

Qualification

• Male / Female, Max. 27 Years
• CandidatemustpossessatleastaBachelor'sDegreefromInformationTechnology /
• InformationSystemorComputerEngineetingwithminimumGPA3.00of 4.00.
• FreshGraduateorhavingminimum1yearexperienceasProjectManagementOffice,
• BusinessAnalyst,SystemAnalystwillbeadvantageous.
• Understanding system ERP with basic idempiere will be advantage
• Excellentanalyticalthinkingandproblemsolving;initativeorhighenergy;good

10. ELECTRICIAN CONSTRUCTION / AUTO ELECTRIC (Subject : IT-ELC)

Qualification

• Male / Age maximum 30 years old
• At least 3 experience at the similar position
• Having experience in maintenance repairing service (Komatsu, CAT, Hino, AC, Genset & Others Support Equipment)
• Having experience in A2B electrical maintenance & electric building Installation (High & Low Voltage)
• Having good problem solving, initiative, strong analytical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills
• Have Basic Mechanic Course Certificate would be an advantage

QualificatioN

• Male / Female, max 35 years old
• Brevet A & B tax holder is preferably
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting with min GPA 3.0
• Min. 1 – 3 years experience in taxation
• Good computer literate
• Hard working, self motivated and dynamic person
• Fair oral and written communication skills in English
• Personal integrity and honesty
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks

Qualification Operator No. 12 – 16 :

• Male, Max. 40 years
• Min. SMA / SMK or D3 in any major
• Min. 4 Years in heavy equipment needed
• Having SIM B2 / B2 Umum
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia

 

 

17. OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

• Max 30 Years (female is preferably)
• At least min 1 Year experience at the similar position
