We are seeking the great people to support and enhance our position as the great company for heavy equipment industry for the position of:

RECRUITMENT STAFF (REC)

Duties and Responsibilities  :

• To check and process documents administration based on manpower request, mutation, rotation and promotion program.
• To make summary of Manpower Planning (MPP) report.
• To execute complete recruitment process for manpower request based on target.
• To search and find final candidate according to specification requested by User.
• To calculate OS invoice accurately.
• To search candidates for BTS (Basic Technical Skill) apprentice according to specification.
• To make database and fulfill internship request, make acceptance/rejection letters and certificates for internship program.

Requirements  :

• Male/Female, max. 27 years old.
• S1 Degree in Psychology.
• Experience in related field min. 1 year (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Understand psychological test and assessment process, including interview.
• Must have driving license (SIM A).
• Ready to work under-pressure and mobile.
• Detail, independent, patient, mature and energetic.
• Able to communicate in English (spoken and written) and Computer literates (experienced with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and others).
• To be placed at Balikpapan.
• East Kalimantan residents are preferred.
